Pilates FUNdamentals on the Mat ZOOM

Come and Pilates on the mat with me. This class covers basic mat Pilates fundamentals, core principles and builds on those in all directions.

After class, you'll feel more connected to your core and breath; relaxed and energized!

Don't be scared! All are welcome. Especially for people want to grow their awareness -- practice Pilates better; not reinforce patterns that contribute to core /pelvic floor dysfunction. Apply what you learn here to Pilates class at big box gyms, to group reformer classes or daily life!

Women only. Sliding scale from $5-25.
