In this small-group series you'll build deep core strength, increase pelvic floor awareness, and develop a stronger mind-body connection—all while enjoying the embodiment of Egyptian bellydance.
Whether you're new to dance or looking to deepen your bellydance practice, this class is for all women who want to move with intention and feel empowered in their bodies.

Come and pilates on the mat with me. This class covers basic mat pilates fundamentals, core principles and builds on those in all directions.
After class you'll feel more connected to your core and breath; relaxed and energized!

I work with women who want to gain awareness of their patterns and learn new core strategies to help with issues related to diastasis recti, prolase, low back pain, symptoms of what may be a "weak core" ; women who want to get to exercising more efficiently and gain strength and function.

An 8-Week Series: Restore Your Core®
Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain the core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, responsive, and supportive.
If you’ve experienced diastasis recti, a weak core, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, or you’re simply looking to build a sustainable movement practice with an integrated core, RYC® is the right path for you.
In this 8-week journey, you’ll learn new patterns and strategies to move with confidence and ease—in a supportive small-group setting for women.
