
Come and pilates on the mat with me. This class covers basic mat pilates fundamentals, core principles and builds on those in all directions.
After class you'll feel more connected to your core and breath; relaxed and energized!
Women only. Sliding scale!
All levels welcome. Especially for people want to grow their awareness -- practice pilates better; not reinforce patterns that contribute to core /pelvic floor dysfunction.
