Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain the core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, responsive, and supportive.
If you’ve experienced diastasis recti, a weak core, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, or you’re simply looking to build a sustainable movement practice with an integrated core, RYC® is the right path for you.
In this 8-week journey, you’ll learn new patterns and strategies to move with confidence and ease—in a supportive small-group setting for women.

About Nicole
Nicole is a Certified Restore Your Core® Teacher with specialized training in core and pelvic floor health. She is also certified in Mat Pilates from the Kane school and has decades of experience training in and teaching Egyptian bellydance.
