Restore Your Core® is a whole-body method to train the core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, responsive, and supportive.
If you’ve experienced diastasis recti, a weak core, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, sneeze pee (leaking), RYC® is your path forward!
Or you’re looking to build movement practice with an integrated core and new patterns RYC® is the foundation you need!
This 4-week series is an introduction to the Restore Your Core® method. You’ll learn strategies to move with greater confidence and ease—in a supportive small-group setting for women.

Beginner-friendly; all types and levels of movers welcome.
In each class we’ll:
Learn functional movement and restorative exercises for the core and pelvic floor
Practice alignment and breathing that support optimal core and pelvic floor function
Explore simple strategies you can use in daily life
Integrate each concept using the Restore Your Core® method
Take this series if you want to:
Reconnect with your body and move with more confidence
Begin building a supportive, and responsive core and pelvic floor
Improve issues and injuries such as leaking pee or prolapse
Create a solid foundation for sustainable strength and awareness in everyday life
In addition, you’ll receive:
Weekly “exercise snacks” to practice at home

About Nicole
Nicole is a Certified Restore Your Core® Teacher, specializing in movement for core and pelvic floor health. She is also certified in Mat Pilates from the Kane School and has decades of experience training in and teaching Egyptian bellydance.
