I offer movement sessions in Egyptian style bellydance, Restore Your Core® method and Mat Pilates.
I work with women who want to gain awareness of their patterns and learn new core strategies to help with issues related to diastasis recti, prolase, low back pain, symptoms of what may be a "weak core" ; women who want to get to exercising more efficiently and gain strength and function.
