This free in-person workshop will introduce you to the building blocks of a responsive core and pelvic floor. You’ll get a taste of the upcoming 8-week Restore Your Core® series with Nicole and learn how small, intentional changes can make a big difference in your body.

  • Learn breathing techniques to train your core and pelvic floor to respond when you need them
  • Experience a restorative psoas release to soothe your nervous system and support responsiveness

About Nicole

Nicole is a Certified Restore Your Core® Teacher with specialized training in core and pelvic floor health. She is also certified in Mat Pilates from the Kane school and has decades of experience training in and teaching Egyptian bellydance.
