We’ll explore breath, alignment, and the movements of Egyptian dance—an inherently powerful practice for core and pelvic floor health.
Space is limited to 3 dancers, creating a supportive and welcoming environment.

About Nicole:
Nicole has been studying, performing, and teaching Egyptian raqs sharqi (bellydance) for over 20 years. She combines her love of dance with training in the Restore Your Core® method and Pilates to help women build strength, awareness, and confidence from the inside out.
