Together, we’ll explore breath, alignment, and the movements of Egyptian bellydance—an inherently powerful practice for core and pelvic floor health.

Nicole has been studying, performing, and teaching Egyptian-style bellydance for over 20 years. She combines her love of dance with training in the Restore Your Core® method and Pilates to help women build strength, awareness, and confidence from the inside out.
